HOURS:  Part Time, up to 40 hours work week, 3-5 days per week.  Working Shifts:  any combination of shifts between 10:00 AM and 4:00 AM.  Will work weekends, weekdays and holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Responsible for the preparation, serving and beverages at the Bar or served in the Dining Room.  Maintains stock in the Bar area and maintains cleanliness of the Bar area.  Responsible for the billing and collecting of all food and beverage served in the Dining Room, Bar and Banquet areas.  Responsible for the security of all cash and checks.  Responsible for the security of all beverage items.  Maintains superior guest service and quality food and beverage items in the Bar.  This position will start with training in Oma’s restaurant for a 1-2 week period prior to bartender training in order to become familiar with the menu.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:  Must be 18 years of age.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Minimum 3 months learning period in position to become familiar with wine stock, beer stock and cocktail ingredients.  Pleasing personality and personal appearance.  Good math skills.  Ability to stand for long lengths of time.
