Wage: $14/hr Monday-Friday; $15/hr weekends & holidays | Part Time: 15-40 hours per week | Shift Example: 10pm-7am

About our Bakery Team:

The Bavarian Inn Restaurant is looking to add new faces to our AWESOME third shift bakery team! We are a high volume, from scratch production bakery providing over 250,000 loaves of bread each year for use in our bakeshop and dining rooms. Our third shift team is responsible for the assembling, scaling, and baking of fresh ingredients used in the production of rye, white, stollen, and various other breads. Prior production bakery experience is a plus, but not required. General knowledge and experience baking and working with various dough is preferable.

Position Details:

  • Wage: Starting at $13 per hour; $14 per hour on weekends & holidays
  • Part-Time, Full-Time, & Seasonal options available
  • Shift Times: Typically 10pm-7am, but may have some variation based on production needs
  • Bakery is open 7 days per week, 365 days per year; weekend & holiday availability required

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours
  • Must be able to perform continual light to moderate lifting– up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to tolerate high heat from ovens
  • Strong math skills required to recalculate recipes based on production needs
