About the Cluck Truck:
Our mission is to take Bavarian Inn Restaurant specialty menu items “on the road” to festivals, events, caterings, food truck rallies, private parties…basically anywhere people want to have an enjoyable eating experience, and have fun, without driving to Frankenmuth! This is a great opportunity to travel around the state, or farther! Customer focused individuals with fast paced culinary experience are preferred for this position.
Days and Shifts Scheduled?
Required Availability: Open availability May-September as we may have two events booked in a week or we may have all seven days booked. After the warm weather passes in late September, hours are available in the kitchen and other department at Bavarian Inn Restaurant if desired.
Basic Qualifications & Expectations:
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license; brownie points if you possess a chauffeur’s license & DOT medical card
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hour shift
- Ability to work longer shifts, up to 12 hours per day including travel
- Work in fast-paced food truck environment while maintaining guest focus and teamwork
- Maintain company & health department standards in service, safety, and sanitation.
- Accurate cash handling
