Indoor Ceremonies
The airy beauty of our wooden gazebo within the 3-story atrium Courtyard sets the stage for classic indoor weddings. Guests enjoy a spectacular wide-angle view of gracefully trimmed lawns and the banks of the peaceful Cass River. For the convenience of your wedding party and guests, our banquet rooms, guestrooms and main lobby are just steps away.
Outdoor Ceremonies
Recite your vows under a decorated lattice arch, surrounded by the natural beauty of our Terrace area, overlooking the Cass River. Alternate space for your ceremony will be reserved should inclement weather require Bavarian Inn Lodge management to move your ceremony indoors.
Wedding Ceremony Packages Include:
- Sound system
- Two 9-candle brass candelabras with white tuling and white satin bow
- One 50-foot aisle runner
- Center aisle bows of tuling and satin ribbon
- Gazebo adorned with white silk flower and lush greenery (indoor ceremonies)
- Lattice arch decorated with white tuling and silk flowers (outdoor ceremonies)
Please note: Wedding Ceremonies are available only to those whose Receptions will be held at the Lodge. To allow you adequate time to greet and seat your guests, the Courtyard pool closes 30 minutes prior to all indoor wedding ceremonies. The pool will remain closed for an additional 30 minutes after your ceremony.

Your wedding guests will enjoy the convenience of on-site hotel accommodations at the Bavarian Inn Lodge. When you set up a group account, your guests need only give our Reservation Specialists the group number to reserve a room at your special wedding rate. They will enjoy all of our amenities that include:
